2. If you enter into an agreement with us for an event, wedding, private hire or other service
To prepare an offer, coordinate details and deliver the agreed service, we will ask for the information we need for communication and organisation. This may include your name and surname, phone number, email address, company or organisation details, preferred date, number of guests, event content, special requests and other information relevant to preparing the offer and delivering the service. We will send the offer, booking confirmation, payment instructions and other service-related information to your email address. We need your phone number and email to contact you regarding coordination of details, changes or any special arrangements related to your booking or event. If accommodation in our rooms is also agreed as part of the event, wedding or private hire, we will process the data necessary to deliver the agreed service. In the case of actual accommodation, we will collect the data required by law for guest registration and tourist tax purposes. Upon check-in we will ask you to provide, in addition to your name and surname, the data required by law including date of birth, gender, nationality and identity document number and type. Legal bases: contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
