These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Villa Majda website, as well as the booking of services, events, weddings, accommodation, and other offerings provided by Koza d.o.o. By using this website, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Koza d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the content of this website and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Information on the Website
All information, photographs, and descriptions published on this website are provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided, we do not accept liability for any errors, technical disruptions, or temporary unavailability of the website.
3. Copyright
All content published on the website www.majda.si, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Koza d.o.o. or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Enquiries and Reservations
Villa Majda accepts enquiries and reservations via email, telephone, or through the contact form available on the website. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation shall only be considered valid once it has been confirmed in writing by the provider or once the agreed deposit or other agreed security has been received.
5. Weddings, Events, and Exclusive Villa Hire
For weddings, private events, exclusive villa hire, or other larger-scale events, the terms of cooperation, dates, payment terms, and cancellation policies shall be defined individually in the relevant offer or contract. In the event of any discrepancy between these General Terms and Conditions and an individual contract, the provisions of the individual contract shall prevail.
6. Accommodation in Connection with Events
As part of weddings, events, or exclusive villa hire, Villa Majda may also provide accommodation in its guest rooms, provided this has been explicitly agreed in the relevant offer. Children must be at least 12 years of age unless otherwise agreed on an individual basis. Pets are permitted only with the prior approval of the provider.
7. Payments and Cancellations
Payment methods, deposit amounts, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms shall be defined individually in the relevant offer or contract.
8. Complaints
Guests are required to report any irregularities or deficiencies in the service immediately to the staff or request the responsible person on site. If a complaint could reasonably have been resolved on site but the guest fails to report the issue at the time or notify the responsible person, it shall be deemed that the guest accepted the service as provided. In such cases, the guest forfeits the right to submit subsequent claims requesting a price reduction or compensation for damages. A written complaint may be submitted within two months from the date on which the service was improperly provided. If the legally prescribed deadline for submitting a complaint is missed, the complaint will not be considered on its merits.
9. Liability
Koza d.o.o. shall not be liable for loss, damage, or deterioration of guests' personal belongings, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy published on the website.
11. Final Provisions
All prices stated in Villa Majda offers include value added tax (VAT). Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Koper. The laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply. For any additional questions, please contact us at info@majda.si.
